Materials: Patinated bronze tubular frame; hand-woven rope (original specification) Description: Rare outdoor chaise lounge chair is from Kipp Stewart’s Bronze Age collection for Terra (USA, circa late 1960s–1970s). It features a sculptural, continuous bronze tube frame with a low-profile silhouette and elegant patina. The seat and back are woven in tightly spaced cord or rope (originally) which lends textural contrast to the bronze.
Condition: Under restoration to vintage original condition with aged patina to the bronze tubular frame; rope to be rewoven / replaced to original specification. Currently the chaises have been painted white. Have included pre-restoration pictures and mock-up pictures showing Bronze patina.
